No. It is an automated estimate from recent sales. Condition and improvements we cannot see can change what your home is worth, which is why Shemeer Ahmad is a call away.
My home was never listed. Can you still value it?
Yes. Answer a few questions about the home and we place it from the sales on your own street.
How do I make it more accurate?
Confirm this year’s property-tax bill. Homes with a similar bill sell for similar prices, so it is the single best fact you can add.
